- 1 pineapple (about 1kg)
- 300g sugar
- 40g cinnamon
- 300ml Grand Marnier
Clean the pineapple and peel it of all the external part, obtaining 6 slices with a thickness of 2 cm each. In a bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon. Pass the pineapple slices in the sugar on both sides. Place the pinaeapple on the OnFire plate and lay the pineapple slices 1 min per side and deglaze with the Grand Marnier. Serve hot and add vanilla ice cream to taste.
