- 500g of white flour
- 150ml of water
- 100ml of EVO oil
- 15g of brewer’s yeast
- 100 ml tablespoons of turmeric
- 10g of sugar

In a electric mixer, mix the flour, turmeric with oil.
Run the electric mixer and start mixing.
In a bowl, mix the warm water with the fresh brewer’s yeast and sugar.
Add the liquid to the dough and towards the end the salt.
You must obtain a homogeneous and elastic mixture.
Let it rise for at least 60 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle with oil and salt.
Form the classic focaccia holes with your fingers and let them rest for another 40 minutes.
Heat the OnFire oven for 30 minutes over high heat and cook the focaccia for about 15 – 20 minutes with the door closed.
