INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In thanking you for providing us with your personal data, we inform you that they may be processed in compliance with the provisions mentioned above and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of our Company and we bring to your attention the purposes and methods of processing for which they are intended.
PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data provided directly by the interested party and / or collected through the compilation of paper forms and / or available on our website are processed for institutional purposes, connected or instrumental to the activity of our Company and for administrative and accounting purposes related to our services.
In relation to the purposes indicated, the processing of personal data may take place both in paper form and with IT or telematic tools, with logic related to the purposes themselves and in any case suitable methods to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
All required data are mandatory. For these reasons, we ask you to express your consent to the processing in writing.
CONSEQUENCES OF DATA REFUSAL
In case of failure to enter one or more mandatory data, the interested party will not be able to enjoy the requested service.
SUBJECTS TO WHOM THE DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED
The data will be stored at our headquarters for the times prescribed by law and may be communicated:
- to the personnel assigned as managers and persons in charge of processing for the management of the service requested by you; staff have been duly trained in the security of personal data and the right to privacy;
- where engaged in the execution of your orders, to law firms or credit institutions, for the performance of the services listed in the aforementioned purposes;
- to Public Authorities or to the Financial Administration, to bodies of the Tax Police, Guardia di Finanza, Labour Inspectorate, and in general to all the bodies responsible for inspections, checks and controls.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
In relation to the processing of personal data, the interested party has the right, pursuant to the following articles: art.16 (Right of rectification), art.17 (Right to Cancellation), art. 18 (Right to restriction of processing), art. 19 (Right to obtain notification from the data controller in cases of rectification or deletion of personal data or cancellation of the same), art. 20 (Right to portability), art. 21 (Right to object) and art.22 (Right to refuse automated processing) of EU Regulation 679/2016.
We inform you that the exercise of the rights of the interested party referred to in the aforementioned articles, such as the right of cancellation or opposition, meets the limits imposed by tax legislation.
To exercise the rights provided for in articles 16 to 22 of EU Reg. 679/2016, you must send a written request addressed to the data controller.
